Shipping & Warranty Policy
ReplacementBatteryStore.com provides the following warranty to orders placed complying with our company’s Terms and Conditions.
We will replace all batteries that failed to operate due to performance or defects in material.
ReplacementBatteryStore.com offers the following warranties:
- General use Sealed Lead Acid Batteries - 1 Year Warranty
- High Rate UPS Batteries 3 Year Warranty
- Powersports Batteries - 6 Month Warranty
- Emergency Ballasts - 5 Year Warranty.
The warranty period is counted from date of receipt of the product. Under warranty we can only replace items with identical or superior products. The warranty period is now renewed after the replacement is received. To qualify for replacement under warranty a battery must be in an unaltered condition. When a warranty is claimed, the original packing slip and invoice are required.
ReplacementBatteryStore.com warranty does not apply to batteries failed to operate due to extreme or inappropriate usage, improper charging or application. Warranty will be voided if a product has been left at a charge level, lower than what is considered minimum for the battery to perform effectively when installed.
We do not replace a product due to short circuits or damaged applications. A physically damaged battery can be replaced in 7 days time, assuming that the damage has occurred during transportation.
ReplacementBatteryStore.com reserves the rights to deem any warranty requests, if an RMA is requested, but the process has not completed.
Any items that are exported are not covered by our warranty policy.
If you request a replacement under warranty, you may be asked to provide us with the battery’s readings taken with a voltage meter. ReplacementBatteryStore.com keeps the right to test a battery when returned and to refuse replacing if any of the above exceptions are found. All shipping costs related to replacing a C&D battery under warranty are covered by the buyer.
ReplacementBatteryStore.com ships most orders within 1 to 3 business days to the contiguous United States, using UPS on regular orders and USPS for small packages. All of the regular orders are shipped Ground and the delivery time frame is between 2 and 5 business days. We ship every day, excluding official Holidays and weekends.
Orders shipped to the state of New York will be charged a Sales Tax, unless you provide us with a resale certificate.
All orders with total weight above 250LBS are to be shipped out on a pallet. The shipping cost shown on the website may change based on whether the ship to facility is accommodated to receive pallets. Some of the requirements include:
- To have a loading dock, or a forklift present.
- Not to be limited access (all hospitals, schools, universities, colleges, military buildings or sites and all other government buildings are considered to be “limited access” by all freight carriers)
- The shipping facility to be easily accessible for an 18 wheel truck
- No appointment is needed for the delivery
Upon placing the order we will contact you to inquire about the aforementioned requirements and if they are not present you will be quoted a fee for those additional services.
Extra Shipping Services
(Only for orders shipped via UPS) When a special service is required, you should contact us, prior to ordering. We can calculate shipping and handling costs, based on the destination address and weight. UPS offers the following options for expedited shipping:
- Next Day Air
- Next Day Air Early A.M.
- 2nd Day Air
- 3rd Day Select
- Saturday Delivery
I want to change my address but my order has already been shipped. What do I do?
(Only for orders shipped via UPS)
You can easily change your address, by calling us at our TOLL FREE number (800) 650-1708. If the order is on its way, we will contact UPS and intercept the delivery. Please be advised, there is a $10 fee, charged by the transporter.
I want to cancel the order but the shipment is in progress. What do I do?
(Only for orders shipped via UPS)
If you decide to cancel your order with ReplacementBatteryStore.com when the package is on its way, you have to contact us. We will notify the carrier company and will intercept the parcel. An additional fee of $12 will apply to every cancelled package, along with return shipping charges to our Warehouse. As per our company policy, we charge 20% restocking fee for all returned and refused orders.
I entered a wrong shipping address. What do I do?

If you have provided us with an insufficient address and your order has already been shipped, there is an additional charge for correcting the address while the package is still in transit. In case the order is returned back to us, due to inability of you to sign for it, you have to cover the cost for reshipping the package.
We guarantee to refund your purchased items if you contact us within 7 days after the delivery date and if we receive your order 14 days after your contact. All items must be in unused and unaltered condition.If you have additional questions , please call us directly at (800) 650-1708 or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service representatives will contact you and will audit your request.
The following return policy must be followed, to receive any sort of a credit refund:
- You need to contact our Customer Service within 7 days after your purchase receipt.
- One of our Customer Service representatives has to approve your return. Please note that some products may not be returnable (contact Customer Service for more information). Once your return request is approved you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization form, that you need to fill out and send back to us.
- You need to return your batteries with the original invoice and RMA that you received in the package. Keep in mind that all of our RMA forms sent from our Customer Service department will expire 7 business days after receipt.
- Restocking fee of 20% will apply for all orders that contain non-stock items and special deals. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
How much will your account be credited for?
If you did contact our Customer Service department within 7 days after your receipt and you did return your package during the next 14 days (a 2-week period), we will refund your account with the amount paid for the product. Please, note you will need to cover the shipping cost for the return.
If we did send you the wrong battery size, ReplacementBatteryStore.com will cover the shipping cost (both ways) and will send you the right replacement for free.
If batteries are delivered damaged, they are exchanged at no cost with brand new replacements. Just send us a picture of the damaged battery and we will ship you a brand new one.
We do not grant any refund if you return your package without our approval or contact us later than this 7-day period. Please do not return merchandise to our remittance address. We accept returns only when the return policy described above is followed.
All SLA batteries come with a warranty. ReplacementBatteryStore.com offers only brand new, factory fresh batteries. We do send new replacements for free if batteries do not perform as described in their spec sheet.
