The Vision CT12150X Replacement Telecom Batteries with front access terminals are Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) Sealed Lead Acid Batteries, and are enclosed in a ABS (UL94 V-0) flame retardant case, making them safe to operate in any position, near people and sensitive equipment. Our Vision CT12150X Replacement Telecom Batteries are UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified as well.

Warranty Information

The Vision CT12150X replacement batteries come with a 1 year warranty. If the received product fails to perform during that period, please contact us either by calling (800) 650-1708 or via email at order@replacementbatterystore.com. We will then provide you with a warranty claim form, which you will need to fill out and send back along with pictures of voltage meter readings.

Once we have all the information, our Customer Service representatives will respond with a resolution to the problem. If the product is indeed faulty, ReplacementBatteryStore.com will send a brand new replacement for it within 24 hours.
