Warranty Information
The Mongoose M-300 replacement batteries come with a 1 year warranty. If the received product fails to perform during that period, please contact us either by calling (800) 650-1708 or via email. We will then provide you with a warranty claim form, which you will need to fill out and send back along with pictures of voltage meter readings.
Once we have all the information, our Customer Service representatives will respond with a resolution to the problem. If the product is indeed faulty, ReplacementBatteryStore.com will send a brand new replacement for it within 24 hours.
